Staging for Sale

If you are trying to sell your house - take it seriously. The last few thousand pounds are by far the most significant. It is madness not to get the interior furnishings right. The look and feel of the interior are what sells a house. It’s not just cushions and flowers - it is the difference between selling your house at a premium and having to slash the asking price. That’s £100,000s of difference.

We are different from most staging companies. We only use furniture and art that we would have in our homes, blending antiques with contemporary pieces. We don’t create showrooms - we create homes - homes that sell.

When it comes to selling houses we know what we are doing. We bring a lifetime of experience. Bella works with her sister Emma - property developer and award winning designer (Sunday Times Best Interior Designer). Emma is the visionary head stylist at “Loaf”, their brother Charlie’s homeware brand. Their father set up the estate agency “Marsh and Parsons” - selling houses is in their DNA.

If we take on your property we will create a space that is stylish but relaxed. We will create a home and it will sell.

As a rule of thumb a sum equivalent to a months rental is a good guideline for a minimum spend on furniture rental and set up.

Pricing

We will need to have a look at your place but below are some guideline prices for typical rooms. We also have style now pay later options for styling for sale rentals for developers.

If all rooms above are involved the typical charge would be a one-off £3,000 for supply and set up and £1,750 monthly rent (minimum 3 months).

Master Bedroom - bed, bed-side tables, armchair(s), bed linen, art, accessories - £600 for supply and set up; £350 per month rental;

Single Bedroom - bed, bed-side tables, armchair, bed linen, art, accessories - £500 for supply and set up; £200 per month rental;

Living Room - sofa(s) / armchair(s), coffee table, occasional table(s), rug(s), art - £700 for supply and set up, £450 per month rental;

Dining Room - dining table, dining chairs, tableware, side table, lamps - £400 for supply and set up; £250 per month rental;

Kitchen - table, chairs, tableware, art - £400, £250/month rental;

Garden - garden furniture, pots and baskets, accessories - £400 for supply and set up; £200 per month rental.
